1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Return:
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
    • Items must be returned with the original tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at stocks@knitsewco.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely, including the original packing slip and RMA number.
  3. Send the item(s) to the Required Address.
  4. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds.

  • Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within [14] business days.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return..
